TERMS OF USE

01WHO WE ARE AND WHAT THIS COVERS

Logic Runner is made by PT Entertainment, a division of PT TECHNOLOGIES LLC (ООО "PT TECHNOLOGIES"), taxpayer identification number 313308723, registration number 3339849, Toshkent shahri, Chilonzor tumani, Katta Navbahor MFY, S mavze, Tashkent, Uzbekistan. In these terms we and us mean that company, and you means the person playing.

These terms cover the Logic Runner game and its online features. By playing, you accept them. If you are under the age at which you can agree to terms like these where you live, a parent or guardian needs to read them with you and accept them for you.

02THE STORES' TERMS

You get Logic Runner from Google Play or the App Store. Their terms also apply to the download, to your store account and to any payment.

If you got the game from the App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement governs your licence to use the app, and these terms add the rules of the game.

03YOUR LICENCE TO PLAY

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and play Logic Runner on devices you own or control, for your own entertainment and not for any commercial purpose.

You may not copy, sell, rent or change the game, or take it apart to see how it works, except where the law allows that whatever these terms say.

04COINS, BULBS AND ITEMS

The game has two currencies: coins, earned by playing, and bulbs, which are earned and may later also be bought. With them you get characters, outfits, accessories, upgrades and items.

All of these give you the use of content inside the game. They are not property: they have no value in money, they cannot be exchanged for money or for anything outside the game, and they cannot be sold or given to anyone else. We may change prices and rebalance the game's economy.

05PURCHASES

The game sells nothing yet. When it does, this is how purchases work:

• You pay through Google Play or the App Store, under their terms. The price is shown in the store before you pay.
• What you buy is added to the game as soon as the store confirms the payment.
• Refunds are handled by the store you paid. If something you bought did not arrive, write to support@techatpt.com and we will put it right.
• Both stores let parents require approval for every purchase.

Nothing in these terms takes away any right you have under consumer law.

06FAIR PLAY AND THE LEADERBOARDS

The leaderboards are for honest runs. You must not:

• change the game or its data, or use cheats, bots or automated play;
• use a bug to raise a score (please report it instead);
• interfere with our servers or with other players; or
• try to reach anyone else's data.

Our server checks every run and refuses impossible ones. We may also remove scores, take away progress gained by cheating, or turn off the online features for an account that breaks these rules. Player names are made by the game; if a combination ever turns out to be offensive, we change it.

07THE ONLINE FEATURES

The game works without the internet. The cloud backup and the leaderboards need a connection, and are provided as they are available. We may change them, take them down for maintenance, or stop them. The weekly leaderboards start again every Monday at 00:00 UTC.

For now, your online account belongs to the copy of the game it was made on. If you uninstall the game, clear its data or change phones, your backup cannot be brought back.

08UPDATES

We may update the game to fix problems, add or remove content, or keep it working. Some online features may need the latest version.

09OUR CONTENT

The game, its art, characters, worlds, sounds, text and code belong to PT TECHNOLOGIES LLC. Logic Runner, PT Entertainment and our logos are our names and marks.

You may share screenshots and videos of your own play, including on video sites, as long as you do not suggest that we endorse you.

10ENDING

You can stop playing at any time, and delete your online data in SETTINGS → DELETE ONLINE DATA. We may end your use of the online features if you break these terms seriously or repeatedly.

11NO WARRANTY

The game is provided as it is. We work to keep it running well, but we do not promise that it will be free of bugs or that its online features will always be available.

12LIABILITY

So far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for the loss of progress, coins, bulbs or items. Our total liability to you is limited to what you paid for purchases in the game in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, and nothing in them affects any right you have under the law that applies to you.

13CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may change these terms. The version date at the top of this page is the one you are reading. If a change matters, we will tell you in the game before it applies.

14LAW AND CONTACT

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and any dispute about them goes to the competent courts of Tashkent. If you play as a consumer, you also keep the protection of any law where you live that cannot be set aside by agreement.
