COVERS
LOGIC RUNNER ON ANDROID AND IPHONE
VERSION
FROM
PT TECHNOLOGIES LLC

IN SHORT

  • You never give the game your name, email or phone number. It signs you in with an anonymous account by itself.
  • Online, it keeps a random account ID, a player name made from a word list, a backup of your progress, and your best scores.
  • Leaderboards show only that player name and the score.
  • The game has no ads and no tracking, and we sell nothing about you.
  • Delete it all whenever you like: SETTINGS → DELETE ONLINE DATA.

01WHO IS RESPONSIBLE

Logic Runner is made by PT Entertainment, a division of PT TECHNOLOGIES LLC (ООО "PT TECHNOLOGIES"), taxpayer identification number 313308723, registration number 3339849, Toshkent shahri, Chilonzor tumani, Katta Navbahor MFY, S mavze, Tashkent, Uzbekistan. That company is responsible for the information the game handles. We and us in this policy mean that company.

For anything in this policy, write to support@techatpt.com.

02WHAT THIS POLICY COVERS

This policy covers the Logic Runner game for Android and iPhone, including its online features: the cloud backup of your progress and the leaderboards.

It does not cover the PT Entertainment website, which has its own policy, or Google Play and the App Store, which handle downloads, store accounts and payments under their own policies.

03WHAT STAYS ON YOUR PHONE

The game keeps your progress on your phone: coins and bulbs, characters, outfits and accessories, upgrades, missions, your best score, and settings such as sound. It also keeps the key that connects the phone to your online account.

Uninstalling the game deletes all of this from the phone.

04WHAT GOES ONLINE

When your phone is connected to the internet, the game uses our online service for two things: a backup of your progress, and the leaderboards. For them, it keeps on our servers:

  • An account ID. A random code made the first time you open the game. It is not linked to your name, email, phone number or store account.
  • A player name made from word lists, such as "Swift Inky 482". Players cannot type a name, so no real name ever appears on a leaderboard. NEW NAME on the RANKS screen draws another.
  • A backup of your progress: the same things the game keeps on your phone, so that they can be restored.
  • Your results: the score, distance, number of logic gates and length of each finished run. We keep your best for each week and your best ever.
  • The time each of these was saved.

Like any internet service, our provider also sees your phone's IP address when the game connects, and keeps it for a short time in its security logs.

05WHAT THE GAME DOES NOT COLLECT

The game does not ask for, or collect, your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, location or anything from your microphone or camera. It does not use advertising IDs, does not follow you across other apps or websites, and has no chat.

The game shows no ads and sells nothing yet. Before either is switched on, we will update this policy to say exactly which ad and payment services are used and what they receive, and the update will come before the version of the game that uses them.

06WHY WE USE IT

  • To back up your progress and restore it on your phone.
  • To run the leaderboards: your place, your player name and your score.
  • To keep the leaderboards fair. Our server checks every run against what the game can actually produce, and refuses runs that are impossible.
  • To help you when you write to us.

We use it for nothing else. Where a law requires a legal basis for this, it is that we need the information to provide the game's features you use, and that we have a legitimate interest in keeping them fair and secure.

07WHO CAN SEE IT

  • Other players see your player name and your scores on the leaderboards, and nothing else. They never see your account ID or your progress.
  • Our team can see the online data, to run the game and to help you when you write to us.
  • Supabase (Supabase, Inc.) runs our database and sign-in service on our behalf, on servers in the United States (Oregon), so the online data is stored there. It handles the data only to provide that service to us.
  • Google and Apple distribute the game. Downloads, store accounts and any payments go through them, under their own privacy policies. Through their developer tools they may also give us anonymous statistics and crash reports.

We do not sell this information or share it with anyone else, except where the law of Uzbekistan requires it of us.

08HOW LONG WE KEEP IT

Your account, player name, backup and scores stay until you delete them. Past weekly leaderboards are kept as a record, showing only player names and scores.

If we ever close the game's online service, we will delete the online data.

09DELETING YOUR DATA

In the game, open SETTINGS and tap DELETE ONLINE DATA. That removes your account, player name, backup and every score at once. Your progress on the phone stays until you uninstall the game.

If you can no longer open the game, see Delete your data for how to ask us by email.

10CHILDREN

Logic Runner is made for players of every age, including children, and it is built so that a child can play without giving any personal information. There is no sign-up and nothing to type, player names are made by the game, and there is no chat.

The anonymous account exists only to back up progress and to run the leaderboards. It is not used for advertising or to build a profile of anyone. A parent can delete a child's online data at any time in SETTINGS, or ask us to by email.

11YOUR RIGHTS

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it or delete it, or object to our using it. Write to support@techatpt.com.

Because the account is anonymous, tell us your player name, which the game shows under RANKS → YOUR NAME, so that we can find it. A person reads every message, and we answer within three to five business days. If the law where you live gives you further rights, you have those too.

12SECURITY

The game talks to our servers only over encrypted connections. Each player's backup can be read and changed only by that player's own account. Scores can be recorded only through the server's checks, and nobody can type text onto the leaderboards.

13CHANGES

We may change this policy. The version date at the top of this page is the one you are reading. If a change affects what the game collects, we publish it here before the version of the game that makes the change is released.
