DELETE YOUR DATA

01IN THE GAME

1. Open Logic Runner.
2. Tap the gear at the top right of the home screen.
3. Tap DELETE ONLINE DATA, then DELETE.

This removes your online account, your player name, your progress backup and all your scores from every leaderboard. It happens at once, and it cannot be undone.

Your progress on the phone stays, so you can go on playing offline. Online play stays off on that phone until you tap GO ONLINE, which starts a brand-new account. To remove the progress on the phone as well, uninstall the game.

02BY EMAIL

If you cannot open the game any more, write to support@techatpt.com with the subject "Delete my Logic Runner data". Include:

• your player name, which the game shows under RANKS → YOUR NAME;
• if you can, your best score and roughly when you last played.

We use these only to find the right account. We delete it and confirm by email within 30 days, and usually much sooner.

If you no longer know your player name, we may not be able to tell which account was yours. Such an account holds nothing that identifies you: only a made-up name, game progress and scores.

03WHAT WE KEEP AFTERWARDS

Nothing from the deleted account. It is removed from our live database at once. If our provider holds backups of the database, a copy stays in them only until those backups expire.

If you asked by email, we keep the email exchange as a record of your request, unless you ask us to delete that too.

04DATA HELD ELSEWHERE

Your downloads, store account and any payments are held by Google Play or the App Store. Manage them in your Google or Apple account.

The full account of what the game keeps is in the Logic Runner privacy policy.
